Common Questions
We recommend at least 5–7 business days for most shoots, and 2–4 weeks for large events or multi-day construction documentation contracts. That said, we do our best to accommodate short-notice requests — just reach out.
Yes. We regularly fly throughout the Charlotte metro — Concord, Mooresville, Monroe, Gastonia, Kannapolis, and into upstate South Carolina including Rock Hill. For projects beyond 60 miles from Charlotte, a travel fee applies.
Safety and image quality both require good flying conditions. If weather prevents the shoot, we'll reschedule at no additional charge. We monitor conditions closely and will contact you the morning of if we need to move the date.
All deliverables are provided via a private download link (Google Drive or Dropbox) within the agreed turnaround window — typically 24–72 hours for photo packages and 3–5 business days for edited video. Raw files are available upon request.
Yes. All Aerolinas pilots hold active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and we carry $1M in commercial liability insurance on every flight. Certificates of insurance are available on request for properties, construction sites, or event venues that require them.
